With an extensive background spanning law enforcement, criminal justice education, and military leadership, Eddie brings unmatched experience and insight to every case he undertakes.

Eddie’s distinguished career includes 40+ years in law enforcement and investigations, complemented by 31 years of honorable service in the North Carolina National Guard. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Criminal Investigator, Lieutenant, First Sergeant, and ultimately Chief of Police, retiring from full-time law enforcement leadership in 2016. His professional path has been defined by integrity, accountability, and a steadfast commitment to protecting others.

In addition to his field experience, Eddie serves as an Adjunct Criminal Justice Instructor, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of professionals. His credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Police Administration, an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice, and certifications as both a Law Enforcement Instructor and Detention Officer Instructor. He has also completed advanced training in supervision, investigations, command leadership, and specialized military operations, including combat deployments in Southwest Asia and Iraq.

As a lead Criminal Investigator with Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services, Eddie specializes in complex and sensitive cases such as infidelity investigations, missing persons, background investigations, and security assessments. His approach combines disciplined investigative techniques with real-world experience, ensuring clients receive thorough, professional, and discreet service.

Eddie is also the founder of Grove Investigations, LLC, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the investigative field. His depth of experience and proven leadership make him a trusted asset to both the agency and the clients he serves.

As a licensed private investigator serving Charlotte, Lake Norman, and the surrounding areas, Lindsey brings a rare combination of investigative expertise, intuition, and determination to every assignment. Her career began in photojournalism, where she spent more than 20 years honing the ability to observe subtle details, interpret body language, anticipate movements, and capture critical moments with precision. These skills have proven invaluable in her transition to private investigations, providing a strong foundation for successful casework.

Lindsey has earned a reputation for conducting discreet, highly effective surveillance and investigations. She specializes in infidelity investigations, child custody matters, and complex surveillance operations that require patience, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to remain observant and adaptable in challenging situations allows her to uncover critical information while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
