Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services proudly welcomes Eddie M. Kluttz, a highly experienced criminal investigator with more than 40 years of combined law enforcement, military, and private investigative experience, bringing a disciplined and methodical approach to complex criminal and forensic investigations.

Kluttz has served for more than 38 years as a sworn law enforcement officer following his completion of Basic Law Enforcement Training in 1978. His career includes patrol operations, criminal investigations, background investigations, supervision, and executive leadership, retiring in 2016 as Chief of Police.

In addition to his law enforcement service, Kluttz honorably served 31 years in the North Carolina National Guard, retiring as a First Sergeant. His military experience includes advanced leadership training and combat deployments to Southwest Asia and Iraq, reinforcing his structured and detail focused investigative approach.

Since transitioning into private investigations, Kluttz has continued working criminal cases with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and investigative integrity, supporting forensic and criminal investigative efforts with professionalism and real-world experience.

Kluttz holds degrees in Police Administration and Criminal Justice and is a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor and Certified Detention Officer Instructor, bringing a career defined by accountability, leadership, and a commitment to uncovering facts.
