Beginning his law enforcement career in 1980, shifting to skip tracing three years after, Phillip Bradshaw has developed a wealth of experience in the investigative field.

In 1995, Phillip and his wife, Virginia, founded a bail bond company, Bradshaw’s Bail Bonding Company, apprehending fugitives across 27 states. Ten years later, Phillip extended his business and opened an NC State Licensed Private Investigation Business in North Carolina, Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services. A venture which successfully delivers clients with exceptionally courteous and professional services while maintaining the highest levels of trust and secrecy.

Over the last 25+ years, Phillip has specialized in Criminal Investigations, Cheating Spouses, Surveillance, Skip Tracing, and Process Services. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the NCBAA as well as an approved Education Instructor by the NCDOI for pre-licensing and continuing education classes.

With the expansion of our service area to include Cabarrus, Davie, Davidson, Rowan, Iredell, Stanly, Surry, Stokes, Yadkin, and Wilkes Counties, Phillip teamed up with Todd Stubbs, an operator of multiple bail bonding offices since 2005 and a licensed PIA with a deep understanding of skip tracing, surveillance, interviewing, and locating defendants on the run throughout the United States.

Todd is an asset to the team and upholds the promise to Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services Clients that they will be treated with professional courtesy trusting that all assignments will operate with the highest level of confidentiality.

With over two decades of experience, Todd Stubbs has been a licensed Private Investigator Associate (PIA) and operator of multiple bail bonding offices since 2005. He brings a wealth of expertise in skip tracing, surveillance, interviewing, and locating fugitives across the United States.

In addition to his investigative skills, Todd has trained and managed 12 bail bondsmen, instilling in them the knowledge, ethics, and professional standards necessary to do bail bonding the right way. His leadership has helped shape a team committed to integrity and excellence in the field.

Todd’s extensive field knowledge and dedication make him an invaluable asset to Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services team.
