Bradshaw’s Private Investigation Services proudly welcomes D.L. Brown, a highly accomplished investigator with a strong background in Forensic Science, Criminal Justice, and Forensic Genetic Genealogy.

D.L. began her academic journey at Griffin Technical College, earning dual associate degrees in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice. Her career launched with the City of Atlanta as a Crime Scene Investigator, where she developed a passion for uncovering the truth and solving complex cases.

While completing her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Indiana State University, she served as a Code Officer for the Clayton County Police Department in Jonesboro, Georgia, earning Officer of the Year in 2016. She also worked as a Detention Specialist for the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office in Marietta, Georgia.

To further her expertise, D.L. pursued a Master’s degree in Forensic Studies at Stevenson University, focusing on forensic and death investigations. She holds a Certificate in Basic Death Investigations for Private Investigators (Associates of Forensic Investigations, 2020) and a Certificate in Forensic Genetic Genealogy from the University of New Haven (2023).

As a lead Investigator at Bradshaw’s, D.L. applies her extensive training and field experience to cases involving infidelity, missing persons, background investigations, and security assessments. She is especially known for her meticulous, science-based approach and compassionate client care—often integrating Forensic Genetic Genealogy to uncover leads that others miss.
